Coming in January, the Southeast Dairy Business Innovation Initiatives (SDBII) program is excited to offer food safety trainings for value-added dairy producers. These trainings will cover topics which include a review of recent cases of foodborne illness from dairy products, food safety hazards (biological, chemical, physical), good manufacturing practices/preventative controls, and a review of an example food safety plans. Each workshop will also include a facility tour at the meeting location.
