Through the Kentucky AgVets program, we are working with key organizations throughout Kentucky to provide educational opportunities, hands-on training and access to funding resources. Our main goal is to make sure veterans and active duty servicemembers have access to the training, education and funding resources needed for their current or future operations.
Hands-on training experiences can take two different forms: a mentorship or the Boots to Agriculture Internship. To help you understand which opportunity might be best for you, we wanted to break down the key differences.
College Credit is also available, up to 6 hours for transitioning members or veterans.
